I hit level 30 ( second time round) with 2 days 1 hour played Crixx. ( and im sure somebody will shout and say that sucks)

I gotta admit, if I just "grinded" like I did get fencer in SWG - Id find wow extremely tedius.

80% of the fun is running a dungeon with a load of mates.

so its one rule for swg, another for WoW?

What i do for grinding is just do SM and uldaman for levels 35-45 with the odd quest inbetween, the only times i actually killed monsters for no real reason was grinding skinning.

I ground on previous characters, with my Warlock I pretty much did quests from 0-60 with occasional breaks for the instances and PvP. I hit 60 much slower than I did on my warrior, but it was far more enjoyable all round.

Remember to make some chars and stuff em in an inn so you can ubergrind them later on with full rest xp.

Then you won't need to quest, just grind mobs.

I had a warrior spend 6 months in an inn and now grinding is actually fun

rested xp hits a cap of a level and a half, so how is 6 months in an inn gonna help?

I think rested xp caps at 2.5 times your current xp requirement for your current lvl.

I got a few characters on the go atm for the purpose of using as much rested xp as possible. When they get into the 20s, it then becomes well worthwhile

Is it right that you get 1 x rested xp when logged off, 2 x rested xp when logged off in a town and 4x rested xp when logged off in an inn?
