I thought i would manage without admitting to not being able to solve some problems but.... grr, i have a few questions:


1. alot of my smileys aren't showing, normal happy one, sad one, "wink"-one and a few others

2. i get this awful note in the left column while browsing a sub-forum saying "you have 2 posts in this thread made 4 hours ago" or something like that. And it's making the thread list go crazy. It's not a big issue, i know, but being a friend of order and correct and straight columns, its annoying :P

any ideas why this might be? I've checked options and different settings over and over, but without success.

A lot or all of the smileys? What about buttons like 'edit' and 'quote' are they showing up or are you just getting text?

wharry, the smileys show sometimes when i do a edit, but only as letters, not as a picture. Buttons never show up, only text.

and oh yea, i have set my options to have advanted text editing when posting messages, but i get a funny simple version instead.

I did the host-file thingy and smileys & buttons are back. You guys are geniouses!! <3
