looking for a defragmentation software! someone on work told me about defragmenting computers so they get faster! now i wanna try that, but that defrag tool listed in the main post seems to be old and from russia... and i dont trust russians :P

The only defrag tool listed on there isn't Russian, isn't particularly old, but is however for defragging the paging file as opposed to an entire drive.

Diskeeper is teh win for defragging, you can use the default Windows one though if you don't need any fancy features and don't mind it taking a while.

i ran mine whilst doing that once and it seemed to work fine. The windows one took ages....now it doesnt take so long ...but at the same time doesnt seem todo much lol.

You could.. swg would just be really slow.
People normally do defrags when they know they are going to be afk ;p
