ummmm does anyone know if his current card is pci-e or agp ? ive never heard of a 7650. Think my brother has a 7600 and thats agp. Tho i dare say there is probably pci-e versions.

He probably does mean 7600, though if it's AGP or PCI-E I dunno, I had an AGP version in my old PC, then my previous cards were two 7600s in SLI

A guy I know bought an 8600GTS, the XFX XXX edition, and because the clock speeds are around the same as what they are on a GTX, he thinks it's automatically better.

Though if you were wanting to go that low with a graphics card, atleast get a 9600GT/GSO.

The 7650 is a mongy version of the 7600, from what i've gathered.

I've got PCI-E on my motherboard.

Think i'm going to go with the card I linked earlier in the thread, but I posted this thread because graphics cards scare and confuse me.
