Dodgy scandinavian contrast ratio, but impressive at that price! With the good resolution, response time aint bad. Though they'd probably deliver it to me in morrisons bag to save money

Benq do bloody good screens. Not sure who provide their panels but they're normally very sharp.

DVI may be better, most people won't even notice the difference, VGA being able to still produce stupidly high resolutions after all.

My monitor is a 19" Hyundai Imagequest VGA. Had it 2 years and was best response/contrast i could find, so it's still nice. ONLY issue i have with it is the 1280 x 1040 resolution, which just aint enough anymore. Have earmarked a 20" Samsung, 3000:1, 2ms, sexy, ~£173. But that BenQ looks much better for the price!

New PC arrives today yay! Only people in the house in morning and i'll go fucking skitz if they do the '9-5:30pm' crap, i paid extra for morning delivery. Still gotta figure out how to transfer my crap from this HD to new one,a flash pen won't be enough.

install windows on new one ansd then install your old hard drive and just copy the stuff you want, is the easiest way probably.

I am still satisfied with my 20" package - If I was going to upgrade, then I would wait for 37" 1080p TV screens to come down in price to the £300/£400 area (that they will in a year or two) and get a real upgrade

Bleh, I wish LCD monitors would die and get replaced by something better. OLED looks promising but not sure what response times/refresh rates are like in comparison.
