Has anyone else got a system that does this, from power off (not standby) the PC will turn on if I press the left mouse button.. Nice feaure that I did not know I even had.

dont know really. I have same mobo I think and it goes into sleep auto matically. Havent turned anything on specifically to do it

It's not sleep - it's from completly powered off. P, when the PC is off just try hitting the mouse button.

I'm just going to keep using my power button for now, although I can see how neat the power on click option is.

My multi-socket extension-lead gets switched off at the wall every time I'm not using my computer. My printer and speakers on standby are not eco-friendly really. What this means is that pressing the power button the front of my PC is more convenient as it's closer to where I switch it on at the wall. Nice though if you have a PC tucked away somewhere.

Anyway - I think I know why is does it, the P5W has 2 special USB ports that still operate when the power is off, I have the mouse in one of these.
