...Try hitman pro. It's all in dutch but it's pretty straight forward and it has all the most common anti-spyware programs which it runs on script one after the other.

I recommend Spybot Search & Destroy.

i gave up trying to find free ones when none of them would sort out the stuff properly on my old hd. I switched to internet security 2005 antisypware edition and it worked much better. Sure i had to pay for it but it saved me a shitload of time. Just upgraded o 2007 for my new hd and works even better. Doesnt use as much system resources for a start.

Norton uses more system resources than Windows itself!

Debatable, however this latest version is much better used to run in abckgroun and id have 35-40% ram in use.... tho thats probably down to windows aswell lol. Either way its now 23% which is much much better

Anywho id much rather have something that works ecven if it does use a few resources.
