I don't get it, he's saying they fucked up one the one hand but on the other hand he's proud of it all. When is fucking up something to be proud of? And if it was all forced on him due to dead lines..etc he should have had the balls to get another job instead of sticking to a lost cause and then writing how proud he is of it. I'm just....apathetic; to him and his lengthy rant.

Not just make Galaxies better, but make it succesful. Not the 200k
subs it had, but really succesful. The idea was that we had the most
valuable IP in the entire world, and we fucked it up to the point of
having 200k subs.



The most telling part of that very good read..they fucked it all the NGE did was fuck it up some more,not that it was that hard to do..yet i still miss the game oddly.

I get the impression saying "I quit SOE when they wanted to make the NGE" would look better in an interview than "I was the guy who made the NGE for SOE" does today too.
