When I resubbed the other month my biggest problem was no players.


I thought the game itself was an improvement , over the original NGE for definate, and it seemed less buggy than the hero worshipped pre cu, which was, in reality, very , very poorly coded and mostly broken.

But the new content needs groups, there is lots of new content too, but I never got to see any of it.

In a month I grouped with one person. Xiphos.

Thats after organising a group thing on the forums 2 weeks on the trot. Only xiphos turned up.

I saw people in mos eisley , but most were sad fucks trying to scam newbs for their gear, or know it all 'vets' with base clubbed general tags and all the overpowered gear you get from it showing off.

The game consisted of me wandering around trying to find some content I could do alone.

So I gave up .

Pre Cu, game was poor, community was great. Now the game is OK , the community is simply non exisitant.

In my last post on the farstar forums explaining my problem, I was told I should move to bria by a farstar player.

Kind of sums it up.

A turd on a stick would be an improvement over NGE at release.

I kind of have the same problem from time to time - although I'm still playing. I guess we got lucky in Secks that TRS is an insomniac, Darmz doesn't know where his bed is, a few are Americans or Aussies and Burt logs in from the Soyuz space station or wherever hes working at the moment. There's pretty much always someone on, even if its only 1 or 2.

I know the events you put together (FNH's I think?) were at 8pm - an inaccessible time for me unfortunately, I don't get off work until 9pm BST which precludes me from a lot of stuff. I still manage to get by though. Shooting emo yank jedi with my secksy 'Fro billowing in the wind is great way to avoid arguing with the wife over who's doing the dishes.

I don't have the option of using this 30 trial. I guess because i played vaguely recently last year. Ah well prolly for the best as SWG seems to turn me into an angry psychopath and smack talker.
