I don't think even that patch note generator could have erm, generated, the latest almighty cockup in the levelling process thats just happened. Basically, you go up a number of levels, then either:

a) Don't get the skills for the levels,
b) Get the skills, get sent back X levels but keep the skills from the higher levels,
c) Get sent back X levels and lose the skills,
d) Advance from level 41 to level 88 immediately, get no skills but then respec to a different prof and get level 90 with all skills.

It's like SOE added some much needed content to the game, unfortunately its in the form of Snakes and Ladders

Add another game breaking bug to the "Lexicon of Inadequacy" that is SOE's QA manual

its like a whole new game in it self!
