You need to basically skip his initial post and read on when he get's into describing his views on making mistakes, how he knows the guy that was responsible for sinking the Exxon Valdez and a whole bunch of other precious snippets of insanity that made me want to fork out 15 bucks to tell him to STFU. It's 30 pages of nostop madness.

People have always wanted to see the role of PvP increased in the game. The problem now is that the Battle of Restuss and other GCW/PvP related content has had a chance to settle in and feels a bit repetitive now.

Smed and the others are committed with making the game better, but if they have to spend all their time sorting through nonsense posts about a gameplay system the majority of players currently in the game never experienced how can they possibly get to the handful of positive, constructive posts about content?

They are not "out of touch," they are under constant attack on a personal level about a decision long since made.

The posters on these forums are "out of touch," because they actually think there's a chance of a return to the old gameplay system.
