Why do people blame the foreigners on England's failures? Like we were so good before the influx of over-seas players....

We've been shit since about 1970. We've had a few decent runs here and there but never really looked like winning anything, so why do these people keep spouting this dogma?

Oh, and yeah its over the top - but we do have too many foreigners in the Country playing in the Premierleague. Its the English Premier League, but theres hardly any English.

i'm guessing their side of it is that the money gets spent on foreign players, so no money gets put into english "talent". only problem with that arguement is that it's the foreigners that generate most of the money that is in the premier league

The way I see it they could invest as much as they want into youth football but the money gets spent in the wrong way so it's a waste. We just churn out robotic, uncreative players which is why we play robotic, uncreative football.
