| I think the game showed the best and the worst aspects of the Premiership. It showed fast, attacking, passing football of high quality. It also showed petulance beyond belief. The Chelsea players with their little hissy fits over every single decision the ref made really started to do my head in. It pains me to say that the Man Utd players were guilty of it too sometimes but I don't think nearly as much as the other team. I really do think that Chelsea rehearse their harrassment of the refs. They seem to take it in shifts so that no one player is seen to be nagging. It's a disgrace rehearsed or not. Chelsea is a nothing team full of nothing players. Highlight of the match for me came from the commentary. The penalty shoot out is under way and the camera points at Abramovich looking excited but nervous. Tyldesly says "what do you buy the man who has everything?" then, referring to the drama and occasion of the final and the shoot out he goes on to say "money can't buy you this!". Well actually Clive it can and that's why we see Chelsea in a CL final!

| All this aside, Villa in Europe next season, going to save up for some away games, it may never happen again! Only have to play one game against some scandinavians in Inter-toto to qualify and the majority are fishermen.

| I really feel for Grant, but this is so typhical from the big clubs, dont win anything? Sack the manager. Doesnt matter if you were beaten on the finishline in the PL and, in two cup finals. Reminds me a bit of Real Madrid where they got the habit of sacking managers no matter what. "Oh, sorry youre sacked, you only won the CL this year." Cunts the lot of em!

| Same, at least the last 8 months will have been great for his career prospects. He did take Chelsea further in the CL than the 'special one' ever did. That's a way better highlight on the CV than 'manager of Israel'. I doubt he'll have trouble finding employment. |

| Well i was rambling a bit..it happens when you get to my age you know But the point i was trying to make is mourhino (sp?) must have been rather pleased the other night when United bested chelsea, after all wasnt he sacked becuase they didnt win anything last year? (of course the real reason was becuase he didnt play shevchnko, but thats by the by). It looks now as if chelsea are going into a real madrid meltdown where if they dont win anything in any given season then the boss will get the chop, which is frankly daft (lets not forget how long it took fergie to get things right at united). And as for the classless remark, well that what they are classless,i respect United,Liverpool, the arsenal becuase over the years they've earned it by winning trophys not by buying every fucker under the sun but by good management and bringing the young lads through, they do this becuase of good board room management (ok lets forget about the bit of mess at Liverpool atm) not by having a sugar daddy who's bought everyone and more besides. I do fear for Chelsea when the russian gets fed up with his toy becuase they'll implode under the wieght of debt they must be in but for his money.
