Cheap shot, but then as there's not really anything to signify the start of the fight, and as one of tenets of UFC is that there is hardly any rules, it's hardly unexpected. That Jeff Coxx bloke obviously hasn't seen Enter the Dragon...for which he deserves a good kicking.
