| Thing about odds-compilers is they never get over-zealous, they'll try and make it as tempting as possible to bet on England but they can't make England too long or they could lose a lot of money if England win. What they will know is that everyone will be backing England to win so I would expect pretty crap odds all round for the final whatever you want to bet on.

| Looks to be -8 handicap for SA @ around 10/11. That is pretty generous for England really. Bookies really will be fucked if England win, especially after Saturday's double whammy.

| not sure what you mean by generous though. I think based on their prior whitewash, a 8 point head start is rediculous. Ok, I know that won't happen in the final, but 36 point win, down to a 8 point win... I don't fucking think so. South Africa have the best forwards in the world, the best scrum half in the world, and the best right wing in the world, with all other players playing at the top of their game and also being world class players. England have two hopes of staying within 8 points, no hope and bob hope!
