How you wish to decide on your death with those conditions is up to you, but you must die. You're just crap. If possible, wear a pink fluffy hat during your death, it will make me slightly happier. I also want to stab your eyes out with a spork, so if you could let me before you start dying that'd be great. I believe Piet wanted to urinate on your corpse but I'm not sure, I'll check with him later. Crixx probably wants to keep your corpse, I'm sure you'll agree with that. Wharry most likely wants to do several evil things to you before and after your death, this is a must agree condition as you have no choice anyway. Also, Jedel wants whatever beer you have.
