is it bad that i read responses like these above, and wonder what everyones on? ok i know spam bots are bad, but if your going to greet every new forum user this way regardless, then were's wolfy gonna get his sponsorship etc from?

mebbe he isnt bothered about the user base here, but last i heard he was asking peeps to use his links, if the link to here gets broadcast as a bad link due to harrassment/explitive behaviour then wont that affect his sponsors?

as said dunno if thats still current, but i dont like the way some peeps are going as far as new members go, if they add and reply be nice, always a good feature in my book :P

last i checked spambot dialect was somewhat different to the type this guy posts, ok so he made a name randomuser83.... but regardless of that, dont blow them out at the first whistle, let them post a few times, easier to tell the bots from the real peeps that way. plus a spambot probably wont post more than once anyway theyre designed to post and name change not use the same name twice+

serious note, i'm not defending spambots/peeps, would just be beneficial i think to us all if some peeps that signed up didnt auto get assigned as spambots, mebbe they are who knows, give them a 4-5 post buffer, you can generally tell by then, and like i said it adds to wolfies income as they click on links etc.
