I thought I'd be helpful and compile a list of everyone who will be purchasing Lord of the Rings Online and playing it for certain. I guess later after release people can add their Ingame Names/Class/Type etc.

You better pick your ingame name after you get it, as it is quite likely the name will be taken pretty quick.

When i was playing beta i had loads of trouble picking names. Shuno, Dekkameron were both taken then.

Anyway.. i'll be playing unknown name as of yet.

I'll be a Ginger Dorf, either a Champion (Weaponsmith) or a Guardian (Armourer). Name unknown as yet but I can edit later.

Going to be a dwarf too, no idea name yet, depends on if I can get what I want on sat morning or not.

Because of the naming rush I will be up and ready at launch time!

Anyone who is pre-ordering could name squat i guess for the people who are starting later and then delete the chars when the other person starts playing.. but this could backfire if they have similar naming issues like SWG had.

Yes I agree on the names thing so I will write races primarily.

On the subject of name-reserving, if you wanna call it that; if someone with early access were to make a character, then delete that character and make a new character using the same name of the previous character. This would determine whether we could get names reserved, which would be great.
