anyone have a good world time site?
need to know wat time 00:30 AM ET, 09:30 AM ET, and 02:30 PM ET are with cape town/johannesburg time

when i get american times i get about 4 different times and im not sure which is ET.. sure its for eastern time but im not even sure if ET is american

Double click on the time on your PC, gives you the option of choosing different time zones.

American time is GMT -5 or -8 depending on where you live I think...
Then it is their own kind of time called EST and PST
