first time I saw him was at the battle of Holocron City that Pboy set up back in the day... the one that lasted about 8 seconds

Saw him from time to time, first off with a VK equipped and one of those silly chinese-style hats, and later with a T-21.... always looked like he was ready to fuck somebody tbh

I saw him once during PvP. I was in a small group. He wasn't taking part but he appeared at the shuttle port and said "you're all going to die". Few seonds later a load of Imps shuttle in.
