I hear this is shit hot on Xbox, worth getting on the zee pc?

It has its flaws, to be sure, but i'm really enjoying it.

The biggest flaw that has jumped out at me so far is the little sideplanets. They seem to be made by randomly generating terrain, dropping a few POIs and maybe a prefab building that you've already seen a billion times.

The whole "Playing a film" atmosphere makes up for this, though. I also find the whole FPS-RPG mix in the fighting to be refreshing, and it beats the shit out of KOTOR in this capacity.

The character advancement method seems to be a bit of a mixed bag. A lot of times you just get to put points into adding small percentages of damage/armour/whatever. There's not as much funky wierd shit as i'd like in this regard.

From what I've heard the main storyline is a tad on the short side if you skip all the random accessory crap.

My biggest flaw with it was that you dont get many armour design variations. You hit a nice bit of armour and then you dont get anything better, or if you do, itll look the same maybe juts a different colour as itll be a better version from the same company. Other than that, the main story may be a bit short, but if you mix the story with t side quests its a long game.

And I thought the side quests we quite ace. As for the little side planets, for the most part I guess Crixx is right, theres a few POI and then maybe a base that you'll go in and have a little stand off, but it can be interesting little stories in the buildings, for example you'll walk in on a stand off between two people and you end up having to make the decision about what happens and who lives, if any one! Or you might be sent to this base as a little side quest then find it leads to something bigger.

And what class are you Crixx? You tried te biotichs, they can be quite cool and varied if you are pure biotich. Same with pure tech, they have some fun looking things

I love the side planets. Sure, they're a bit desolate and samey, but that's what all other planets in our solar system look like anyway. I'm taking my time with the whole thing, I've only advanced the main quest to the point that you pick up your last squad member. I'm having loads of fun just killing pirates and Geth on random planets!

The one gripe I have is that all the weapons are the same, all the time. I'd want to pick up something not made by a human manufacturer and have it weird and funky looking.

I did think about starting over as a female infiltrator for some boobs+tech+snipe action, plus the word "infiltrator"; but I'd gotten past Eden Prime by then and couldn't be fucked.

You do get to buy some geth weapons later in the game i think Mo0k, and yeah Crixx, get something, NON BORING!
