Personally I preferred Obsidian's take on the Old Republic universe, but Bioware are still awesome.

I haven't played Mass Effect, so maybe Bioware have gotten better, but KOTOR felt way too "collect four magic items and defeat the evil bad man", whereas KOTOR2 was much-more indepth. It just got raped by deadlines.

I also hope the third installment moves away from the major problem of the other two KOTOR titles - light/dark choices. Whilst KOTOR2 improved on this by adding more "grey" viewpoints and options, it still felt like your decisions boiled down to "Be an angel" or "Be a sadistic pyschopath".

awesome! and im glad bioware are doing this one definately preffered the first . Not to say the second was bad....just felt rushed ...well the end did lol.

Mass Effect was pretty good, horribly shallow and the combat was a bit boring, but i'd like to see a new KOTOR in a similar vein.

I think I just peed a little.

The only singleplayer "RPGs" that haven't made me want to gouge my eyes out.

And Crixx, there's some nutty project out there somewhere with people working to "finish" KOTOR2 with all the resources left over that were never put ingame.
