Many times if you go over your limit you'll be charged an overdraft fee on Debit cards. A lot of it depends on the Bank you're using.

and yes, they charge overdraft, but the 15 for the pack won't put me even slightly close to over my limit

If the card is a VISA, any site that accepts VISA will take it, regardless if it's credit or debit.

Yeah as long as it has the VISA sign or Mastercard etc.. then u can use them exactly like them credit cards.
