dabs.com are fecking uber

Been using them for the latest few orders and they are amazing...

Good price - found them better than ebuyer on most items
Easy to use website with nice drill down effect to select items
Full details on stock, and accurate lead times of when stock is available
Amazing customer service, they have a web chat system where knowledgeable people quickly answer at the other end, and I have not managed to catch them out yet with any question I have put to them

ive onyl ever used ebuyer and overclockers tbh.

dabs seemed too billy big time and just that little more expensive.

times change it seems!

They're good until summat goes wrong and then they are like most other internet shopping sites...complete and utter shit.

I've started judging companies not on how they handle their day to day business, which tbh they ought to be sorted on, but instead judge them on how they handle things when it all goes to pot.

I think I got my digital Camera from Dabs about 4 years ago. Great website, much better now than it was then in terms of navigation too.

Been using dabs and Overclockers pretty much since i started building PC's. Never had a single faulty off them, ordered about 5 monitors for various people and not one of them has had a dead pixel.

Overclockers have only sent me one duff item, a HDD that wouldn't work, but other than that they've been spot on too.
