So, I need a bit of advice. Im looking to find something for a decent price, that Ill get a couple of years of use from. My requirements are high, but Im not really too sure what to look for. Note, Im a total computer noob, so Im looking for some decent opinions on a laptop for gaming which will last me years.

However, this is 4,000 euro. While after a half year of saving, its viable - I want to know if something like this would be at all worth it.

I know, get a desktop blabla... With the amount of traveling I will be doing in the near future, its becoming impossible to keep bringing a desktop with me every where I go - so this is my only alternative.

Games Id like to be able to run at near max quallity
WoW (Next to nothing for graphical demands)
F.E.A.R (Fairly high on demands)

Of course, Id like to be able to play the next few games coming out without having to upgrade yet again. Hence, why Im going for such an expensive model..

Anyhow, go all out and build your dream lap top - for 4k or less.

If you want a laptop to play games on a notebook pc (Notebook, not laptop... because these fuckers get really hot), you could go for a Mac Book Pro with 2gb of RAM. However I know that many people don't like macs and thats an understandable sentiment.

I have plenty of money to live here adequatly, thats not the problem. As Ive stated multiple times, its attaining a visa - Edit - A visa, for which I would only need to use for 2 months - however short term visas in germany do not exist. Minimum is 2 years, which is fuck loads of work.

I'd be more useful if I'd paid any attention to PC's in the last 5 years, but yeah, just find somewhere selling similar rigs to the Alienware one, undoubtedly at half price.
