Abercrombie and Fitch

If there are any of you out there who are fashion victims pondering purchasing from the newly opened london store, or the new UK specific website , a word of advice.

Save some cash.

My godson wanted some of this stuff for birthday/christmas type presents, and I was quite frankly shocked at the UK prices, having seen what this stuff costs in the US.

Anyway, they have actually blocked uk customers from purchasing from the US website (prices are roughly half the uk costs) , so I did a little digging.

Got to www.hollisterco.com , which is the same clothes made in the sam eplace, just different logo (not a con, hollister is acknowledged as part of A&F) , and you can order from there at US prices.

Ive just had a $220 plus $50 postage (£130) order delivered here that would have cost me somewhere around £280 - £300 from the A+F UK site.

Plus, I never got charged any import duty or vat, which would have been around £30 tops anyway.
