Thing about odds-compilers is they never get over-zealous, they'll try and make it as tempting as possible to bet on England but they can't make England too long or they could lose a lot of money if England win. What they will know is that everyone will be backing England to win so I would expect pretty crap odds all round for the final whatever you want to bet on.
