I agree.
My guess?
The whole game will be changed to make PvP entirely optional, so the game can be played without any at all if the player chooses.
Its a necessity for modern MMO's to appeal to the widest audience, alienating the PvE crowd by having PvP as an integrated part of every players experience is a mistake.
Its the only thing I can think of that would necessitate a complete rebuild of the game.
