Ok till you get a problem, then you are fucked.

Even Virgin, who have marketed themselves on customer service since the telewest /ntl merger , have just announced that technical problems for broadband are going to a 25p a minute help number.

That annoyed me. I have to pay to tell them the service isnt working. Its fucked up.

Unfortunately, unlike most other countries, in the UK, customer care is not important, and we accept it.

Companies in the US would go bust in a week for doing something ike that.
