I've never inderstood this obsession with forcing the recruitment of minorities. If they want more non-white males to join the police then they should do something about trying to attract them - eg. promotions in schools...etc - instead of carrying out these racist selection processes. This sort of thing is happening everywhere and all's it does is provoke more racism.

First place I'd start is outlawing questions in application forms that ask what race/origin you are. This is one of my pet hates.
